Privacy policy
Last updated: 4 October 2026
This policy explains how TGG Partners collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit tggconsultancy.com, send us an enquiry, or contact us by phone or email. It applies to all our business lines: TGG Business Center, our property sales, and our architecture and design work.
Who we are
TGG Partners, ul. Pirinska 29, 1000 Skopje, North Macedonia, is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. For any question about it, write to info@tggconsultancy.com or call +389 78 259 681.
We process personal data in line with the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of North Macedonia, which follows the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What data we collect
Data you give us
When you fill in a form on this website, email us or call us, we receive:
- your name, email address and phone number;
- the content of your message;
- details of your request, such as the co-work plan or office you are interested in, your team size, a preferred date for a visit, the property you are asking about, whether you are a buyer, investor or agent, and whether you want a viewing.
Please do not send us sensitive data (for example about health, religion or political opinions) through the website. We do not need it.
Data collected automatically
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to see how the website is used: which pages are visited, how visitors arrive, the type of device and browser, and the approximate location (city or country). Google Analytics uses cookies, described below.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records technical data with each request to the website, such as IP address, date and time, the page requested and the browser used. These logs are used to keep the website secure and working.
- Spam protection. Our forms run automatic checks on our own server to tell people from bots, including a short calculation your browser performs in the background while you fill in a form. No outside service receives your data for this. If a submission is blocked as spam, we keep a short record of it with a scrambled form of the IP address that cannot be turned back into the address. Messages that look like spam are kept for review in our administration area instead of being emailed.
Why we use your data and on what legal basis
- To answer your enquiry, arrange a visit or a viewing, and send you prices or plans you asked for. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us.
- To provide our services if you become a member or tenant of TGG Business Center, buy a property, or hire us for a design project. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
- To keep records required by accounting, tax and other laws. Legal basis: legal obligation.
- To understand and improve the website. Legal basis: your consent to analytics cookies where the law requires it, otherwise our legitimate interest.
- To protect the website against misuse, spam and attacks. Legal basis: our legitimate interest.
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling. We send marketing messages only if you have asked for them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. This website uses:
- Analytics cookies set by Google Analytics (names starting with
_ga), which distinguish visitors and sessions. They last up to two years. - Essential cookies set by WordPress only when a site administrator signs in. Visitors do not receive them.
Our enquiry forms do not use tracking cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics on all websites with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking cookies does not stop the website from working.
Who we share your data with
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only where needed, with:
- our hosting and email providers, who store and deliver the website and our messages on our behalf;
- Google, as the provider of Google Analytics;
- Parallel Group Architects, our design partner, only when you ask us about an architecture or design project;
- professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers, under a duty of confidentiality;
- public authorities, when the law requires it.
Service providers who process data for us may only use it to provide their service and must keep it secure.
Transfers outside North Macedonia
Some of our providers, including Google and our hosting provider, may process data in the European Union or in other countries. Where data leaves North Macedonia, we rely on safeguards recognised by law, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep your data
- Enquiries that do not lead to a contract: up to two years after our last contact, so we can follow up on the same request.
- Client and contract records: for as long as the contract lasts and afterwards for the period required by accounting and tax law.
- Analytics data: for the limited retention period set in our Google Analytics account, after which Google deletes it.
- Server logs: for a short period set by our hosting provider, normally a few weeks.
How we protect your data
The website runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Enquiries are stored in a password-protected administration area that only authorised staff can access, and we keep our software up to date.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data deleted, where we no longer need it or have no legal reason to keep it;
- restrict or object to how we use your data, including objecting to marketing at any time;
- receive data you gave us in a commonly used format (data portability);
- withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on consent. This does not affect use before the withdrawal.
To use any of these rights, email info@tggconsultancy.com. We reply within one month. We may ask you to confirm your identity first.
If you believe we have handled your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Agency of the Republic of North Macedonia.

This website links to other sites, such as Google Maps, Facebook, Instagram and the Parallel Group Architects website. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your data.
